COVID-19 and Standard CLEAN GuidelinesMason Beach Inn is committed to the safety of both our guests and employees. We adhere to all local government guidelines, as well approved products and compliance from CDC recommendations.
Guests arrive with the comfort of self-parking and checking into our disinfected lobby that provides social distancing and protective front desk shields. Credit card keypads are placed out front and are sterilized after every use.
Both guests and employees are required to wear masks.
There is only one front desk agent to guest in the lobby at any given time.
Once checked into your guest room, you can rest assured your room has been cleaned for your safety. Simple contactless checkout is provided.
All public areas are thoroughly cleaned often and provide social distancing.
Surfaces in use by staff and guests are sprayed/cleaned with disinfectant multiple times daily. High traffic areas are cleaned after every touch.
Public dispensers offer touchless options and key cards are collected in a container filled with sanitizing solutions overnight before being removed with gloves and dried for recirculation.
Front desk employees wear masks and gloves while on duty and have been provided instructions based on CDC recommendations for hand cleaning.
Proper signage for social distancing, touchless hand sanitizer stations, and door tissue dispensers and receptacles are located in all public areas.
Room Attendants are wearing PPE (masks and nitrile gloves always; safety glasses/goggles when appropriate) at all times when working on the floors.
Vacant rooms will be stripped of all linen, terry, and trash. Then, all contact surfaces (case goods, telephones, light switches, door and drawer handles, TV Remotes, thermostats, vanity, toilets, etc) sprayed with disinfectant. Attendant wears a washable isolation gown in each room and places them in bags with all guest linen and terry from that specific room to be properly sanitized. Gloves are worn and changed after each room.
There is no service provided for stayover guests, however they are offered contactless “door delivery” for any guest needed items like fresh linens and terries.
All unnecessary paper directories, marketing, menus, etc and pens have been removed from the rooms.
As possible, occupied guest rooms are spaced intermittently to enhance social distancing.
All interior hallways and guest room doors are sprayed/cleaned with disinfectant daily.
